The platform also incorporates a machine-learning backend, geolocation and triangulation functions, and real-time data processing. Beyond defense and counter-UAS uses, the technology targets healthcare, aerospace, energy, and critical-infrastructure applications. The company intends to shift from one-time hardware sales to a recurring-revenue model supported by a connected intelligence layer that improves as the number of deployed devices grows.

Micklich, a U.S. Navy SEAL veteran with 12 years of service and a service-connected disabled veteran, has led the underlying sensing technology since 2018. He is a co-author of the peer-reviewed research that underpins the core platform and previously held senior roles in institutional finance.

Intellistake plans to combine NanoAi’s sensor hardware with its enterprise AI infrastructure, including retrieval-augmented generation architectures and multi-sensor data-fusion pipelines. The combined system is intended to deliver an integrated sensor-to-decision capability, supported by data centers outside Cloud Act jurisdiction and blockchain-based mechanisms for tamper-proof chain-of-custody records. The deal remains subject to due diligence, audit completion, minimum cash requirements, and regulatory clearance, with closing targeted within 60 days of satisfying those conditions.
